Description

Alignment (Millepede)

Classes for the geometry alignment of the BM@N tracking detectors with Millepede II (V. Blobel and C. Kleinwort). They handle the misalignment of the tracking detectors and give the alignment corrections to apply to the current geometry of the tracker. A new implementation of the alignment is in align_new.

BmnGlobalAlignment	Task preparing the Millepede input (local and global derivatives of the track residuals) for the inner tracker
BmnMille, BmnMilleContainer	Writing of the Millepede binary records and the container of the derivatives
BmnResiduals	Calculates the hit residuals of the tracks; used in run_reco_bmn.C
BmnInnTrackerAlign	Interface to get the alignment corrections of the inner tracker (GEM, Silicon)
BmnAlignCorrections	Base class of the alignment corrections of a detector element
BmnGemAlignCorrections, BmnSiliconAlignCorrections	Alignment corrections of the GEM and Silicon modules
BmnDchAlignCorrections, BmnMwpcAlignCorrections, BmnGemAlignmentCorrections	Corrections of DCH, MWPC and the old GEM format (not compiled)
BmnGemResiduals, BmnSiResiduals	Residuals of the GEM and Silicon hits (not compiled)

The alignment macros are in macro/alignment.

Built into the BmnAlignment library; the ROOT dictionary is defined in AlignLinkDef.h.
