Description

Raw data macros

Macros to work with the experimental raw data and the Raw Data Decoder step by step. The full decoding is done by macro/run/run_raw_bmn.C.

Decoding steps

File	Description
BmnDataToRaw.C	Converts a raw DAQ file into the intermediate ROOT file with the electronics data (first step of the decoding)
BmnRawToDigi.C	Decodes the intermediate ROOT file into a DIGI file (second step)
BmnDataToRootParallel.C	Parallel (multithreaded) conversion and decoding of raw files with BmnConverter
ExpRecoRunner.sh	Script running the decoding and reconstruction of a data file of the early runs

Spill metadata and scalers

File	Description
BmnMetadataCollect.C, run_meta_collect.sh	Collects the spill metadata of a run into a *_meta.root file and prints the spill statistics
BmnMetadataTest.C	Checks the spill metadata against the status blocks of the DIGI files
readSpillStat.C	Example of reading the spill metadata
DrawSpill.C, DrawSpillEvents.C	Draw the MSC (scaler) data of the spills and the events in the spills
CalcEff.C	Calculates the efficiency of a run from the spill counters
BmnT0SSbin2Root.C	Converts the binary T0 data into a ROOT file with BmnT0RawReader

GemDigitsAnalysis.C	Draws the GEM digits
DchDigitsAnalysis.C, DchDigitsAnalysisHist.C	Draws the DCH digits and wires
MwpcDigitsAnalysisHist.C	Histograms of the MWPC digits
tdc72_ChannelConverter.C	Converts the channel numbers of the TDC72 board
