Online monitoring macros
Macros and scripts to run the Online Histogramming System (monitor) during the BM@N runs. The *Runner.sh scripts restart the corresponding macro in an endless loop.
Decoding

| monStreamDecoder.C, MonStreamDeco.sh | Decodes the raw data stream of the DAQ received over ZeroMQ and sends the decoded events to the monitor |
| monStreamDecoderStat.C, MonStreamDecoStat.sh | The same with the collection of the run statistics |
| monDecoder.C, MonDecoRunner.sh | Decodes the raw files of the current run in a directory (/bmn/run/current/) |
| BatchDirectory.C, BatchDirRunner.sh | Decodes all raw files of a directory |
| BatchDirectoryToSocket.C | Decodes the raw files of a directory and sends the events to a socket |
Monitoring
