Description

Reconstruction tools macros

Macros for the embedding, the event filtering by the primary vertex, the reconstruction QA and the comparison of the reconstruction versions; they use the classes of reconstruction/bmnrecotools.

Embed.C	Embedding of simulated particles into experimental events at the digit level
EmbedStagesView.C, EmbDstView.C, EmbEffView.C, EmbEventView.C	Views of the embedding stages, DST, efficiency and events
run_sim_prefilter.C, run_sim_filter.C	Simulation with the preselection of the generator events and the filtering of the simulated events
run_reco_bmn_p.C	Reconstruction macro used in the embedding chain
FilterPV.C, DSTConv.C	Filter the events by the primary vertex position and convert the DST between the BM@N and CBM formats
run_pv_parallel.sh, run_all_pv_parallel.sh	Batch scripts running the primary vertex extraction on the cluster
EvalQA.C	Evaluates the QA histograms with the cuts and the background fit
EventView.C	Compares the tracks of two reconstruction versions
Spill.C	Estimates the beam flux of the spills from the scaler counters

particle_hists.root (if present) holds the sample histograms used by BmnParticleEqualizer2D in run_sim_bmn.C; it is not stored in git.
