NICA-Scheduler examples
XML job descriptions for the nica-scheduler program. The file names show the task, the cluster and the storages used: bmn_<task>_<cluster>_<storage>.xml, where the cluster is ncx (NICA cluster), ddc, govorun (Govorun supercomputer), lxui (interactive nodes of the JINR CICC) or local (local multi-threaded run), and the storage is eos, ceph, lustre, zfs, junk or db (input files selected from the Unified Condition Database).
| Example | Description |
| bmn_command_ncx.xml | Running an arbitrary command (<command> tag) on the cluster |
| bmn_sim_*.xml | Simulation (run_sim_bmn.C) with input generator files or files selected from the database |
| bmn_reco_*.xml | Reconstruction (run_reco_bmn.C), including the local parallel mode |
| bmn_sim-reco_*.xml | Simulation and reconstruction in one job (macro_input attribute), several jobs with dependencies, copying the files through an intermediate storage (<put> and <get> tags) |
| bmn_sim_container_lxui_eos.xml | Simulation in the container mode |
