Offline QA

Offline quality assurance of the experimental data: histograms of the detectors by groups (coordinate, time, calorimeter and trigger detectors) and of the DST, the comparison with reference runs and their presentation on a web page. Part of the BmnQa library (QA); the macros are macro/miscellaneous/offlineQA.C and macro/miscellaneous/startWebServer.C.
