Description

Alignment QA

Test of the alignment procedure: the simulation with a deliberately misaligned GEM geometry, the reconstruction and the alignment are run iteratively, and the obtained corrections are compared with the introduced misalignment. Start with ./testAlignment.sh and follow the instructions (see also the README file).
