File Inspector

Checks the integrity of the files with the experimental and simulated data on all storages (DDC/DAQ, NCX, CICC) and writes the results to the integrity database.

File	Description
file_inspector.py	Main script of the File Inspector; uses ../function_set.py
file_inspector.json	Configuration: storages, paths, database connection
file_inspection.sql, file_inspection.erwin	Schema of the integrity database (SQL and ERwin model)
ssh_run.sh	Runs the inspector on a remote host
