CI tests

Scripts and job definitions of the GitLab CI pipeline (see .gitlab-ci.yml in the repository root).

File	Description
.check-formatting.yml, check_formatting.sh, run-clang-format.py	CI job checking the C++ formatting of the files changed in a merge request with clang-format (.clang-format of the repository)
.test-all-macros.yml, run_all_macros.sh	Scheduled CI job running all ROOT macros of the repository (with a 30 minute limit each) on the deployed dev version and producing an HTML summary with the logs
publish_test_results.py	Publishes the summary of the macro tests on a page of the BM@N web site (WordPress REST API); the scheduled pipeline also updates the failed_macros badge of the project
