Data inspection

Python scripts to check the integrity and consistency of the experimental and simulated data files on the storages of the experiment (DDC/DAQ, NCX at LHEP, CICC/MICC at LIT) and the File Catalogue.

File / directory	Description
function_set.py	Common functions of the BM@N Python scripts: logging with size-limited log files, file checksums compatible with the NICA storages, etc.
check_success.py	Checks the log files of processing jobs for the success marker and optionally removes the failed outputs (Python 2 syntax)
file_inspector	Integrity check of the data files on all storages
raw_inspection	Cataloguing, filtering and transfer of the raw data files
