GEM parameters

Macros writing and reading the GEM parameters of the Unified Condition Database.

File	Description
add_GEM_mapping.C	Adds the channel mapping of the GEM electronics
add_GEM_local_mapping.C	Adds the local strip mapping of the GEM modules
add_GEM_constants.C	Adds the constants of the GEM detectors (numbers of channels, etc.)
add_GEM_pedestals.C	Adds the pedestals of the GEM channels
add_GEM_AlgnShift.C	Adds the alignment shifts of the GEM stations for a run range
add_lorShift.C, get_lorShift.C	Adds and reads the Lorentz shifts of the GEM hits for the run periods and voltages
