New alignment: classes

Classes of the new alignment of the tracking detectors.

Class / file	Description
BmnAligner	Alignment algorithm: accumulates the track and hit contributions and solves the system for the alignment parameters (VBCK method, see ../readme.md)
BmnAlignResult	Results of an alignment iteration: global (alignment) and local (track) parameters, Lagrange multipliers of the constraints, singular values, residual histograms
BmnAlignerApply	Task applying the alignment corrections (and optionally the Lorentz shift correction) to the STS hits in the reconstruction
BmnDetectorModel	Base class of the detector models: alignable elements and their geometry
BmnRun8DetModel, BmnRun8cgDetModel	Detector models of the Run 8 setup (fine-grained and coarse-grained representation of the elements)
BmnSimpleDetModel	Simple detector model used in tests
BmnMeasureModel	Measurement model: dependence of the hit coordinates on the track and alignment parameters
BmnHitRecord	Hit record used by the algorithm
BmnDataIterator, BmnRootIterator, BmnRamIterator	Iteration over tracks and hits: reading from ROOT files and from memory
BmnDataReader	Standard interface to read the data from a list of ROOT files
