Vector finder

Track finding in the BM@N inner tracker (VSP, Forward Silicon and GEM) using the vector finder algorithm. The input hits are CbmStsHit objects produced by BmnToCbmHitConverter (detectors/sts). Part of the BmnTracking library (tracking).
