Alignment macros

Macros for the alignment of the tracking detectors with the Millepede-based package alignment.

File / directory	Description
globAlignment.C	Runs BmnGlobalAlignment on a reconstructed file to prepare the Millepede input and obtain the corrections
iterate_reco_align_bmn.py	Iterative alignment: reconstruction of a subset of events, alignment, reconstruction with the new corrections, and so on until the corrections become small
determine_align_corrections_bmn.C	Determines the misalignment corrections of the GEM modules, MWPC and DCH (X, Y, Z)
update_align_corrections_bmn.C	Updates the cumulative misalignment parameters with the new corrections
plot_align_corrections_bmn.C	Plots the evolution of the new and cumulative corrections vs. iteration number
gemAlignment.C, gemReco.C	GEM alignment and the reconstruction of GEM data for it (early runs)
instruments	Tools to combine, convert and draw the alignment corrections
QA	Test of the alignment procedure on simulated misaligned geometry
