nica-scheduler.cpp	The nica-scheduler program: parsing of the XML job description, forming the input file lists (also from the Unified Condition Database), local multi-threaded execution and submission of the batch (array) jobs to SLURM, SGE or Torque, also in containers
function_set.h	Common C++ helper functions (strings, files, processes, time)
batch_command.h	Commands and options of the supported batch systems (batch_commands)
container_settings.h	Container images (AlmaLinux 9, CentOS 7) for the container mode
merge.C	Macro merging the partial output files of the parallel mode into one file or a TChain
merge.sh	Batch job running merge.C after the partial jobs are finished
tmp	Old shell scripts of the first version of the scheduler
