Old scheduler scripts

Shell scripts of the first version of the scheduler for the Torque batch system; they are not used by the current nica-scheduler program.

Script	Description
nica_scheduler.sh	Splitting of the event processing of one input file over the free cluster nodes
batch_job.sh	Batch job running a ROOT macro (common for SGE, Torque and SLURM)
