BmnSsdPoint	MC point: intersection of an MC track with an SSD sensor
BmnDigi, BmnSsdDigi	Base class of digits and the SSD digit
BmnCluster, BmnSsdCluster	Base class of clusters and the SSD cluster
BmnBaseHit, BmnPixelHit, BmnSsdHit	Base hit classes and the reconstructed SSD hit
BmnAddress, BmnSsdAddress.h	Interface to the unique address and the encoding of the SSD element addresses
BmnModuleList	Module IDs and names
BmnDigitize	Abstract base class of the digitization tasks
