TOF-700 identification

Macros for the calibration, efficiency and particle identification with TOF-700 using the tracks of the inner tracker and DCH. The *_ncx.xml files are job descriptions for the NICA scheduler (services/nica_scheduler) run by the ncal, neff, neffmc and nident scripts.
