Efficiency studies

Classes to calculate the reconstruction efficiency of the inner tracker on the experimental data and to produce a realistic MC with the measured efficiencies. Part of the physics package; the classes are not compiled now.

Class	Description
BmnEfficiency	Efficiency of the inner tracker detectors (GEM, Silicon) per module and in 2D, residuals (EffStore, EffStore2D, Residuals, InnerTrackerParams)
BmnEfficiencyTools	Tools to run the efficiency calculation over sets of runs
BmnEfficiencyProbability	Probability functions used in the efficiency calculation
BmnRealisticMc	Task applying the measured detector efficiencies to the simulated data
BmnDataTriggerInfo	Trigger information of the data used in the efficiency studies
